Making a Purchase

Websites offers a more easy and efficient way to purchase by just simply browsing our web site and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping cart. After you have finished your initial selection, click on “Check Out” and you will be asked for some personal details we need to be able to satisfy the order. We try to ensure that all items on the website are in stock although inevitably sometimes we do run out of stock of some items. If in the exceptional circumstance that we take your order for an item, but run out of stock prior to your order being dispatched, we will backorder for you.

Shipping and Handling

Dispatches are usually made within 1-2 working days, but in most cases is next day. We always use an express shipping option that guarantees delivery on a specific date but may varies due to states and area. All goods must be checked upon delivery and shortages/damages must be reported to us within 24 hours for us to claim with the courier. We can take no responsibility for circumstances outside of our control such as unexpected carrier delays/loss of goods that may lead to your goods being delayed.

7 Day Money Back Guarantee

You have the right to return your purchase within 7 days of delivery. To return the purchase meaning canceling of a contract, please contact us. Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered. We would request that you contact us to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. We may, at our discretion accept goods back outside of these 7 days subject to a 30% restocking fee. You must contact us for this option to be considered.

We only use a recorded-delivery service that consists of tracking. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. 24 hours' advance warning is required for returns.

You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item excluding any administration, postage and packing costs that we will have incurred.

Lithium Battery
Lithium battery and charger has a Standard warranty stated according to your purhcase against failure and defects under reasonable operating conditions. Should your battery fail please contact us by phone or email and our staff will attend to the issue. A proof of purchase will need to be provided to us. Should your battery prove to have a manufacturing fault you will be sent a replacement at the cost of us. We will not replace batteries that have failed due to misuse and we would recommend you read our guide to battery care. Should the battery tests show that your battery is operating within normal parameters there will be a charge of minimum $30 to covers its freight return to you and the battery tests. Any batteries not claimed within 14 days of the test results being communicated to you will be sent for recycling.
